Ah…summer time. Time for sleeveless tops and bikinis.  And admit it, flabby arms are just not sexy.  Big arms have always been a big problem for me.  I was so excited to find the above article in Pinterest.  Combining with a little bit of cardio, I hope I will be rocking tank tops soon!
